90s Limited Khaki Skirt with Buttons

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 27"

hip: 37"

total length: 18"

Fits like a women's small. Marked a size 0 but best fits a modern small. 

Very small pin sized marking on back of skirt (shown in last photo.)
