Refund policy

Please make sure the address you provide is correct, including any house or apartment number. If the package gets returned to us we will have to charge for shipping again.

Tracking is included in all shipping options.
We will not lie on customs forms. Please don't ask.

Local Pick Up

All orders have a 30 day return window from the day of pick up. Returns will NOT be accepted after the 30 days. 

Returns & Exchanges

All in store purchases are final sale.

Online Orders:

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Returns and exchange details:
We will refund original purchase price for items that are returned. The refund will be processed once we have received the item. The item must be received in the condition it was sold in for the return to be valid.
