Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 27"

hip: 38"

rise: 13 1/2"

inseam: 9 1/2"

total length: 22"

Fits like a women's small. Marked a size 38. 

Pink marking on back of shorts at top of waist (shown in last photo.) Sold as is.
