Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 
waist: 27" (stretched) 32"
hip: 42"
rise: 13"
inseam: 29"
total length: 42"

Fits like a women's medium to large. Marked a size 38. Elastic waist allows for some stretch.

Pants have a zipper at each ankle.

Faint marking on front of pants near front crotch seam. Missing one stitch on right leg hem (minor.) Some undoing of top of waist band.
