Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 35"

hip: 44" approx.

total length: 36"

Fits like a women's extra large. Material and elastic waist allows for some stretch. Skirt is pinned on model.

Some minor indents at waist from hanger. Sold as is.
