Reworked 60s Plaid Mini Skirt

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 26"

hip: 36"

total length: 12" (back)  14 1/2"

Fits like a women's small. Very mini!

Skirt was cut/reworked by previous owner, features a raw hem.
