Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 29" (stretched) 32"

hip: 37" (stretched) 40"

rise: 12"

inseam: 31 1/2"

total length: 43"

Fits like a women's large. Marked a size 12. Material allows for some stretch. Pants are pinned on model.
