90s Print Rayon Dress with Wrap Look

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 39"

sleeve length: 6 1/2"

hip: 42" approx.

total length: 51"

Fits like a women's large. Marked a size 12. Wrap feature allows for some adjustments. Dress has sewn in shoulder pads, can easily be removed.
