90s Mossy Chevron Skirt

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 28" 

hip: 39"

total length: 24"

Fits like a women's medium. Marked a size 6 but measures to a modern high rise medium. Skirt is slightly pinned on model.
