90s Guess Jeans Cut Off Shorts

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 27" approx.

hip: 37"

rise:11"

inseam: 21/2"

total length: 12 1/2"

Fits like a women's small. Marked a size 28 but best measures to a modern women's small. 

Shorts have. a frayed raw hem. Some very light, minor, distressing at top of waist.
