Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 29" (mid rise)

hip: 38" approx.

rise: 10"

inseam: 32"

total length: 41" 

Fits like a women's small. Marked a size 6.

Very small pin sized marking on front left side on waist (shown in last photo) Some very faint markings near hem (minor.)
