80s Ivory Cut Off Sweat Shorts

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 24" (stretched) 28"

hip: 36"

rise: 15" approx.

inseam: 2"

total length: 16"

Fits like a women's small. Material and elastic waist allows for some stretch. Draw string allows for some cinching. 

Short have raw hems.
