Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 
pit to pit: 39" approx. (bat wing)
sleeve length: 11" approx.
total length: 22" approx.

Fits like a women's medium.

Very small, faint, marking on front left side of top. Marking on back top (shown in last photo.)
